Selva Soul Retreats Effective Date: February 17, 2026

Selva Soul Retreats carefully plans each retreat experience months in advance and makes financial commitments to retreat venues, accommodations, staff, meals, and local partners. Because of these advance commitments, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all retreat reservations. By submitting payment toward a Selva Soul Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to reserve your space at a Selva Soul Retreat. Deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure accommodations and retreat venue commitments. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

 

2. Cancellation & Refund Schedule

If you must cancel your retreat reservation, the following refund schedule applies: No refund 90 days from retreat. 91 days before the retreat 50% refund (minus deposit) will be issued. These timelines reflect the financial commitments required to secure retreat venues and services in advance.

 

3. Retreat Credit If a retreat credit is issued:

Credit is valid for 12 months from the original retreat date Credit may be applied toward a future Selva Soul Retreat Credit is issued at the sole discretion of Selva Soul Retreats Credit is non-transferable unless approved in writing

 

4. Failure to Attend Guests who fail to attend the retreat for any reason, including missed flights, travel delays, illness, or personal circumstances, are not eligible for refunds.

 

5. Travel Insurance

Because retreat payments may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all guests. Travel insurance should ideally include coverage for: trip cancellation trip interruption travel delays medical expenses emergency evacuation Selva Soul Retreats is not responsible for losses related to travel disruptions, illness, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Transfer of Reservation

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest with written approval from Selva Soul Retreats, provided that: the replacement guest meets retreat participation requirements the transfer occurs prior to the retreat start date Administrative fees may apply.

 

7. Retreat Cancellation by Selva Soul Retreats

If Selva Soul Retreats must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either: a full refund of payments made, or a credit toward a future retreat Selva Soul Retreats is not responsible for additional travel expenses incurred by guests, including airfare or travel insurance.

 

8. Force Majeure

Selva Soul Retreats is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government travel restrictions, political instability, or transportation disruptions.

 

9. Agreement By submitting payment for a Selva Soul Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
