Medical Waiver & Health Declaration

By participating in a Selva Soul Retreat, I acknowledge that yoga, meditation, breathwork, excursions, outdoor activities, and international travel may involve physical activity and inherent risks. I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities and that I take full responsibility for my health and well-being during the retreat. I agree that it is my responsibility to: • Consult with a physician if I have any medical concerns prior to participation • Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations that may affect my participation • Bring all necessary medications and medical supplies • Follow the guidance and safety instructions provided by retreat facilitators I understand that Selva Soul Retreats, its facilitators, instructors, staff, partners, and affiliates are not medical professionals and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Selva Soul Retreats to seek emergency medical care on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses, transportation, and emergency evacuation costs. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in retreat activities and release Selva Soul Retreats from any liability related to medical issues that may arise before, during, or after the retreat.
